Humus emovere is a costume and performance exploring burial as a site of transmutation both of the understanding of emtoion from the epistemic repositioning of the alexithymic. The burial explores the renouncing of a flawed emotional system and a shedding of the alexithymic misunderstanding towards a new nature of the human being as Humus Emovere, emotionally sentient earth being. This work explores as well the extent of what costume can be and become, transmutating it from wearable towards a garden that will bring new flowers for future Flower Dialogues.

The bioplastic was created with a combination of the flowers used throughout the flower dialogues mixed with flowers collected from the burial site itself since the soil would react to the bioplastic’s acidity risking harming the soil .
The bioplastic biodegradated fast thanks to the reciple using sodium alginate that disolved fast, while providing sturcture for the seeds in the costume to sprout.
